Facility :
Accurate jig bushing is fully equipped with special purpose machines, internal and external cylindrical grinding machines honing machines with capacity of honing form bore size 1.2mm to 63mm. imported honing abrasives are used to achieve the surface finish in the bore i.e TRUE BORE. We use SAE52100 material , which is tested fully for chemical composition, hardness is maintained 60/65 HRC.
